About JEE Main 2014:

  • Candidates passed Class XII in 2011 or before are not eligible to appear in JEE Main examination. Only candidates passing in 2012/ 2013 or 2014 are eligible
  • Candidates’ date of birth should be on or after October 1, 1989 (5 years relaxation for SC/ST/PwD i.e 1984)
  • Candidates can attempt JEE Main for a maximum of three times.
  • Note: the criteria for the states of Maharashtra, Odisha and Gujarat will be as per their past practices.
